Meaningful Metrics for Your Change
How do you know you are getting anywhere with your change initiative?
The world is awash in data, but how do you know if you have just interesting data or useful data? In this one-hour session, you'll learn a practical method to tell the difference. One that you can use immediately. With that knowledge, you can create meaningful metrics for your change. You'll know they are meaningful because they will guide you and the team to action.
The session will be led by Ed Cook, PhD, and Roxanne Brown, CCMP.
Together they have been working to make Data-Driven Change more accessible for change practitioners and more impactful for change initiatives. Come spend an hour with them and up your data-driven change management skills.
