The core question for any management effort is "Are we making any progress?" A change management effort is no different. In this session, we'll walk through an approach to answer that question for any change initiative. To do that we'll discuss a few concepts, then map out a data-driven change management approach for a semi-fictitious company going through a change, and finally, we'll set it up in Excel to do the analysis.
You do not need to be an Excel wizard to get the value of this approach. In fact, we will guide you through all you need to know to make Excel do what you need to understand "Are we making any progress?" with our change initiative. A file will be sent to you ahead of time with all the data needed. You just need to have Excel on your computer (Mac or Windows is fine).
The course is taught by Ed Cook Ph.D. and Roxanne Brown from The Change Decision, LLC. Both have been highly involved with ACMP Global. Roxanne is the former President of the Board of Directors for ACMP Global and is a career change practitioner. Ed is a career analyst who teaches analytics in both the undergrad and MBA programs at the University of Richmond. Together they have done many webinars and workshops through ACMP on how to apply Data-Driven Change Management.
