The AMCP DC Communities of Practice are excited to introduce a three-part workshop series titled KPI’s and Change…How Best to Leverage

Second Workshop:

In this session, participants will learn how to leverage new models to develop change KPI’s that effectively measure change success at the individual and organization level, as well as: 

• The ART and science of organizational change leadership
• How to evaluate readiness and change program effectiveness using the ART model 
• Apogy’s “SUPER” measurement framework and key metrics for organizational change
• How to apply Apogy’s “Triple A” measurement approach to change initiatives
• Best practices for collecting feedback, implementing interventions, and status reporting
