Speakers:

Luis Enriquez (CCMP, Prosci, MBA) is a creative leader specializing in Change and Learning with experience creating and executing human-centered experiences that fuel tech and people transformations. Big4 consulting experience in agile change, learning, workforce transformation, product development/management and UX. He's currently a Director for Change Management and Learning at Meta based out of the Washington, DC office.

Elijah Marquez (Prosci) is a Change professional with deep experience in strategic communications, story telling, UX and agile change. Elijah has led change management transformations across the technology and financial industries. He has experience building end-to-end change strategies that are lean and leverage human-centered principles to maximize adoption. He's currently a Change Management Specialist at Meta based out of the San Francisco office.
