Are you curious as to what platform your fellow change peers use for a stakeholder analysis?  Or to manage their sustainment efforts?  Is their go-to platform Jira, Excel, MS Planner?  Or a new savvy platform that’s just making its way into the change space?

Come join the Federal and DATa COP’s as they host a workshop to explore and discuss what platforms are in use today.  Please come prepared to share and engage as the intent of this session is truly a workshop (i.e., no presentation but instead engagement).

The workshop is designed to identify and share best practices and learn about tools we didn’t know existed…and to do so together.
