This session is a translation of Design Thinking to Change Management language and shows change practitioners why we need human-centered design to create and build strategic and practical solutions by integrating Design Thinking into Change Management.
Design Thinking is not another Change Management methodology! It is a complementary value-added approach for your current Change Management toolkit, especially for the existing complex situation.
Registration is free for ACMP DC members; $10.00 for non members
