We are in a period of massive business disruption and continued uncertainty. The global shift to remote work due to COVID-19 has presented new challenges to collaboration and communication, but also retention and employee engagement. Adaptation and reinvention across every aspect of business, from office space to technology to training is necessary. Our speaker, both a globally recognized COO and a Certified Personal Trainer, has developed an innovative and practical change management tool that positions social, emotional, spiritual, environmental, occupational, intellectual, and physical wellness as a means to navigate change and create a “better normal.” Come join us at the monthly Federal Change Management Community of Practice meeting to hear more of Chris’ approach to drive strategic thinking and planning to generate policy, focus, and vision. The event will include breakout sessions to gain hands on understanding of the tool. Join us May 20th to hear how the innovative, practice change management tool will aid in achieving healthy employees, healthy clients, and healthy communities with the ultimate goal of delivering profit but also tangible and impactful purpose.

Registration: Free to ACMP DC members; $10.00 for non members
