Speaker: Rebecca Sweda

Rebecca Sweda is a Partner who leads Celerity’s Organizational Change Management Practice.  She has over 15 years’ experience managing projects requiring her expertise in transition and organizational change management. Rebecca led the re-design and implementation of Celerity’s Organizational Change Management Practice and has authored the SEAL^SM framework. Throughout her consulting career, Rebecca has been a leader of corporate-wide transformation programs, including end-to-end design and implementation and management of new initiatives.  She is a hands-on business partner with a proven record of executing strategic and operational initiatives with cross-functional alignment to implement and realize results for multiple stakeholders. Rebecca provides expertise in organizational change management, and uses her strengths with stakeholder management, cross-functional alignment and communications, and risk management to identify, monitor, and measure all aspects of the transformation. Rebecca is Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) and a member of the Association of Change Management Professionals.   She has a B.S. in Commerce from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
