From robotic automation to employee coaching, Artificial Intelligence (AI) is a mega change that is transforming our workplaces and everyday world. Data is now considered the biggest asset or risk to organizations. Investment in AI is predicted to climb from $38B this year to $98B in 2023. Federal legislation is driving organizations to become more rigorous in data analytics capabilities. Technology plays a role, but people play a bigger role. Organizational change practitioners are needed to help shift mindset around the relationship between humans and machines and to prepare employees and leaders for automation in the workplace. In this highly stimulating presentation, Nicole provides the building blocks for you to lead AI transformation within your organization. First, we aim to increase AI awareness by reviewing basic concepts, emerging trends and industry applications. Then, we create the case for AI’s strategic advantage and assess its impact to workforce. Lastly, we build a data-enabled workforce by reimagining the narrative and upskilling everyone. Join us for a journey that is both imaginative and practical!
