You've created a robust change plan.  Now you need to convince the hard-bitten organizational leader not only that your approach is the right one but also that you can provide the insights into the change initiative to increase the chance for success.  In this session, we’ll work backwards from a convincing presentation that employs data visualization about the change to determining the metrics needed to create those visualizations.  We will explore metrics that show the progress of the change and metrics that demonstrate the value of the change so that a change ROI can be calculated.

Registration: Free to ACMP DC members; $10.00 for non members
