It is times like these that joining together in professional collegiality is most critical. We are deeply committed to your personal and professional well-being as we navigate through these most uncertain times.
Ironically, we were supposed to be convening, as a community, at our first annual conference yesterday – ACMP DC: Clear Vision for Change. However, we were all thrown a curve ball and we have been relegated to virtual communication.
That said, social and professional connection cannot and should not be lost during trying times such as this. As change management professionals, now more than ever, our training, expertise and skills are in high demand. Consistent with our mission, we are committed to connecting, engaging, and caring for our DC, MD and VA change management community. We believe it is essential to join together to ensure we care for one another and the organizations, leaders, teams, and individuals we serve.
As such, we seek to dedicate our annual membership meeting to checking in with you. We want to know how you are doing. What challenges and opportunities are you faced with amidst COVID-19? How can we support you and one another? Together, we can make it through these difficult and trying times.
Please join me, our board, our volunteers and all of our ACMP DC members and friends on Tuesday, March 31st from 12:00 – 1:00 pm for a casual, virtual get together to touch base and identify ways we can continue to make a difference as we all navigate through this phenomenal change.
Take care. Stay well.
