Lean Change Management: Innovative Practices for Managing Organizational Change hosted by Larry Chomicki
Lean Change Management (LCM), written by Jason Little and published in 2014, explores how to bypass change resistance by co-creating change. Larry will explain its approach through his lens as the Director for Change Management at ICMA-RC, where building public sector retirement security is its mission.
LCM does not tell us tell us WHAT to do about change resistance but rather, HOW to customize a change management process that elicits buy-in and compliance. The author uses a case study and stories to explore people-centric and feedback-driven approaches to implement what might seem impossible. He uses the lean approach of doing experiments rapidly and pivoting as he gets valuable input and gains insights. This popular and innovative book will teach you how to work smarter and with greater confidence. Join us!
