Vice President

1-Year Term as Vice President; 1-Year Term as President

The Vice President is the de facto President-elect. In the absence of the President or in the event of his/her inability or refusal to act, the Vice President shall perform the duties of the President, and when so acting, shall have and may exercise all the powers of the President. The Vice President shall perform such other duties as from time to time may be assigned by the President or by the Chapter Board.

Secretary

2-Year Term

The Secretary is one of four officers on the ACMP DC Board of directors (President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer). The Secretary is responsible for maintaining the chapter’s corporate records, supporting governance best practices, and managing the chapter’s Board election process.

Treasurer

2-Year Term

The Treasurer is one of four officers on the ACMP DC Board of directors (President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer). The Treasurer oversees the management and reporting of the chapter’s finances and contributes to the overall strategic direction of the chapter as it specifically relates to revenues and expenses.

Director, Membership and Volunteer Director

2-Year Term

The Membership and Volunteer Director leads the chapter’s efforts to recruit, welcome, serve, engage, and retain members. In addition to managing overall membership activities, this role also cultivates a vibrant volunteer program designed to actively engage members in the leadership and operations of the chapter.
