The non-profit development intern engages with chapter leadership to assess, mature and enhance chapter operations and practices. More specifically, this role focuses on evaluating chapter practices (e.g., onboarding of Board members, volunteers) and identifying/implementing solutions to strengthen chapter management practices.
The non-profit development intern collaborates with Board members and volunteers to draft, design and implement new processes, products and solutions to enhance operations. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
This internship position is a three (3) or six (6) month engagement and will likely be approximately 10-20 hours of support per month.
